What happens once I apply?
Once you sign up for a Free cell phone from Q Link Wireless, you will need to submit documents to prove your eligibility.

These documents could include:

  • Proof of Participation in a Government Program (Ex: Food Stamp/EBT card, Medicaid card, SSI award letter, etc.)

To submit your documents, visit www.qlinkwireless.com and enter your log in information including your username (your email address) and password (your zip code).Once we receive all of your paperwork, your documents will be verified by our staff. If your application is approved, you will receive an approval email.Next, your phone is assigned to you. The application will then be sent to our shipping department. Help! My phone was lost/stolen.
If your phone was lost or stolen you must call Customer Service at 1-855-754-6543 to report the phone lost/stolen. A customer service representative will walk you through the process of receiving a replacement phone.
My friend/spouse/family member also wants a Q Link Wireless phone, can they get one too?

Yes! So long as they are not living in the same household as you. The Lifeline program is limited to one Lifeline phone (wireless or landline) per household.If you have a friend/family member who does not live with you and he/she would like to enroll in the Lifeline program to receive a free cell phone from Q Link Wireless, they can apply at www.qlinkwireless.com.

    qlink wireless is a mess the used Samsung exclaim I was sent as part of the lifeline program does not work properly I emailed and called multiple times to not find any solution the phone back will not stay on and the phone does not allow numbers to be entered on a call and it does not allow access to voice mail I even canceled service with them and still receive calls my worry is that my private and financial information is now in undesirable hands please call or text any helpful solutions to this huge problem 8106100353
